On Therese

  1. Power of Confidence, Conrad deMeester –  the best book that I know of that describes the growth and development over time of St. Therese of Lisieux’s spirituality.  If you want to know how she grew in her relationship with the Lord, this is the book to read.
  2. With Empty Hands, Conrad deMeester – not exactly an abridged form of the above book, but a shorter book with the same purpose.  It’s a great comfort to me to know that the goal in life is to end up coming to God with empty hands . . .
